Chloe talking to Lex

Chloe is starting to communicate with us so much. Here she was talking to Lex and making the same sounds she was. Our little baby girl is really growing up now.

POTS

This post will eventually lead to POTS. O.k., Doug and I have been having a good time laughing at Former President Bush, as we do quite often. We saw a skit on Bush summing up his campaign in one word. He chose "STRATEGERY". Well, we have been saying strategery approximately every other sentence or so for about two days. We even made up our own " "bushism", PRECISERY. Doug is notorious for talking in his sleep and last night he awoke, smiled, and said strategery, and quickly went back to sleep. So this evening we were watching Bush blunders on Youtube. After having our fill of "Ol George" we were watching videos on POTS and there is a really good video on it. This is the syndrome that I was diagnosed with at the Mayo Clinic last year. We have had a hard time trying to accurately explain what POTS is exactly and this video helps a lot. We even learned some new facts about the syndrome.
Anyway, this is kinda of a weird post, but this is our life, laughing at Bush and POTS, JK.
Here is the vid.
Our good friend Jane framed these pics for us this week. We especially love the one of Chloe with her footprints. We were really pleased with all of them......so, we made her blueberry pie.
Thanks Jane!

Tuesdays ROCK!!!!

Doug gets to work from home on Tuesdays. It is awesome. We were having lunch and listening to Pandora, of course. We were singing Lauren Hill's "That thing". I was not dedicating Chloe's poop to the men, sorry guys. She seems to think it is funny when we talk to her about pooping. I like to think she gets that from her Poppa :)

Tonight we went on an actual jog with the jogging stroller!!!! We have taken the stroller out for a walk, but tonight we ran!!! This also was the first trip to the Danville park for Chloe. She was looking all around and was so content............almost the whole time. On another note, we have recently discovered Pandora and have been enjoying a large variety of music. We spent several hours this weekend grooving with the babe. She seems to enjoy music and of course getting down with her bad self.

Just hangin out on Sunday. We took Chloe to CVS for the first time (woohoo big trip) to develop some pics of our fam and then to the laundromat to wash our mattress cover. It is amazing how every little trip to the store has become a new experience. We are enjoying every moment with our little girl. She is growing and changing soooo much. She is really responding to our voices and smiling quite often. She LOVES her Poppa and expecially likes it when he uses his silly voices. He has come up with some pretty crazy characters to keep her entertained.

Here is a wonderful pic of Chloe with her Poppa at her first kegger a few weeks ago. She was a real champ, but we held off on the keg stands for now :)
Lily's Big Day!!!

Brook and Corey officially adopted Lil Miss Lily Rhoades Reiman yesterday! Chloe and I went along to take pics and celebrate with the Reimans and Pagacs. It was an awesome day and we were so happy to be a part of it. We are so happy for Brook and Corey. Lily is a very lucky little girl!!!

Happy Mornings for Chloe

We love the morning time with our baby girl (even though the morning starts around 4am these days with her!) She is the happiest baby in the morning. We are going to try and get her smiles and stretches on video.

Fathers Day

Ok so Fathers day was quite a while ago, but we had some awesome pics that we had to post.
Here is our happy little fam with some good window lighting

The Family picture, Mom, Margaret, Dad, Lex
and of course Chloe (center of attention)

Next is my dad holding 2 day old Chloe

Baby in the shampoo box

We loved this little box that our baby soap and shampoo came in from our good friends the Hagerty's and Teeple's. We thought it would make a really good frame for our little baby girls' frame. she is so young here, only a few days old since her cord fell off at 4 days old.
She has grown so much already she will barely fit in this now. Time goes by so fast and our little baby girl is starting to really smile and laugh at us now. Can't wait to take some more good pics of our fam.
