-Motherhood-
My little Chloe is three months old already. I enjoy her so much. I absolutely love being her mother and feel so blessed to have been given this beautiful gift. The aroma of her skin is the sweetest smell and I just can't get enough of it. When she latches on to get a little mommy milk, she makes the cutest little noises, rubs my arm with her plump little hands, and every few minutes takes a short break to look up and smile. Every minute with her is a blessing and I don't take a single moment with my baby girl for granted.

The Mayo Clinic

Last Summer and fall when we took three trips to the Mayo Clinic trying to find out what was wrong with Lex. We were amazed at how beautiful the Mayo Clinic was. It is like an art museum. Every floor is dedicated to a different genre of art. There were several Chihuly sculptures, as well as, countless other cool sculptures and displays. I don't really think a hospital should spend a bunch of money on art and things that cost us more money in the long run, but it is nice to be able to enjoy the art while waiting for your next appointment, especially if you are there for a long period of time.

Sleeping Beauty

Our little baby girl is growing up so fast. She has more than doubled her weight now and is so alert. Her little brown eyes look all the way through into your heart. She brings us so much happiness we can't even describe it.

She is really starting to use her arms and legs alot now. She likes to hold onto your hands and pull herself up to a standing position. She looks around and loves to make eye contact with us and gets so excited when she finally does. She definitely knows we are just waiting for her to look at us and when she does she smiles at us with her entire face.

Dear Chloe-
We are having sooo much fun with you. We love you more than words can describe. We had an idea what parenthood would be like, but it has far exceeded our expectations. You are such a joy and everyday you grow and change. You are smiling and trying so hard to talk to us. You now enjoy the car rides (most of the time), especially when Poppa sits in the back with you and you two have one of your talks about your little buddies on your play gym. Your Poppa is TOTALLY crazy over you. He spends every minute that he is at home with you. As soon as he gets home from work he picks you up and hardly puts you down all evening. Eventually you fall asleep in his arms and he still won't put you down. He loves his little girl so much and I know he is happier than he has ever been. He is such an awesome Poppa, of course I always knew he would be. Well my little Chloe bear, it's our bedtime, love you babydoll.
