My Mom and I made this little dress for Chloe. The greatest part about it is that the material cost less than $1.00. My Mom got the fabric at the crazy Goodwill outlet, where you can buy anything and everything for 50 cents a pound. The brown velvet top is made from a woman's dress and and the bottom is made out of a curtain (at least we think it was a curtain). Anyway, we made it without a pattern. I think we did a pretty awesome job, if I do say so myself. I should also mention that Chloe was having a REALLY good hair day!!
